I am very aware of the the RVDW and studio versions of this image (Leipzig etc). Has your painting been x rayed etc to see if there is an underdrawing/pedimentia? Is the dating (1465-75) on dendro or stylistic grounds?

Hi Tim, the painting has ben x-rayed and photographed with infrared but the dating is entirely based on stilistic comparison. Best, Friso Lammertse
