Kunst4Kids

The biennial sales exhibition Kunst4Kids of Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen isexclusively for children. In the autumn break of 2018, the sixth edition took place.Children aged 5 to 18 had the chance to buy a real artwork. Children could choosefrom drawings, paintings, sculptures, and photos specially made for Kunst4Kids by(inter)national artists.

Successful editions of Kunst4Kids were made possible with the support of the Van der Mandele Foundation, the STOER Foundation, the Pieter de Joode Foundation, the Saphir Foundation and the generous contributions of several private individuals.

Kunst4Kids ensures that children come into contact with art at an early age. They choose their artwork entirely independently. Adults are not allowed, and the names of the artists are not listed with the artworks. This allows the children to choose their artwork based solely on their own taste.
