The rich collection offers an overview of European printmaking and drawing from the fifteenth century to today. There are many works by famous artists such as Albrecht Dürer, Rembrandt van Rijn, Paul Cézanne, Käthe Kollwitz, Yayoi Kusama and Pablo Picasso, but also works by less well-known artists and printmakers.
Please note: the Prints and Drawings Study Room is now situated on the third floor of the Depot of Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen. Visitors wishing to consult works from the collection can send an e-mail to: artservices@boijmans.nl with a list of inventory numbers and brief outline of the research purpose. Please take into account a processing period of approximately two weeks. Requests for larger amounts of prints and drawings may take longer to prepare.
At the weekend, the Study Room is open for all Depot visitors. Changing displays in the vitrines will showcase drawings and prints from the collection.
