De Heus Family Restoration Fund

Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen has an extensive photography collection, which ispart of the modern art collection. Photographic material faces conservation issuessuch as sensitivity to light, moisture, heat, air pollution, and handling. To preservethe photographic collection as well as possible and to display it more frequently tothe public, there has long been a desire to research the condition of the entirephotography collection. This has been made possible thanks to an extraordinary giftfrom Henk and Victoria de Heus-Zomer, which has been placed in a Fund in Name

A work of art gains meaning through research and by being shown alongside other
artworks. Then it becomes part of a larger story. Our extensive collection offers us an

infinite number of possibilities to do this. In this, we are highly dependent on your

su
pport. Not only for the research but also for the presentation, accompanying
programs, educational materials, and publications. Your support makes more

possible.

Would you like to know more about setting up your own Named Fund?

We would be pleased to discuss the possibilities.
