On 14 December the outgoing cabinet announced that the evening lockdown had been extended to 14 January.
This means that Restaurant Renilde and the Depot shut at 5.00 p.m. However, the Depot is now open one hour earlier, at 10 a.m., so that more people will still be able to visit it this year.
To visit the Depot, you can order your timed ticket online. If you are a Friend of Boijmans or have a Museum Card you can order a free timed ticket. You can start your visit within your chosen time slot. Please be on time. Once inside you may stay as long as you want.
Book your tickets online
We want a visit to the Depot to be as safe as possible for everyone, so we are following government guidelines. The following measures are now in place.
Corona pass and ID
Before visitors enter the building they will be asked to show a valid QR code and proof of identity to a member of the Depot staff. The e-tickets will be checked inside.
Face masks
Face masks must be worn in the Depot by everyone over the age of 13.
1.5 metres distance
We are doing everything possible to ensure that you can keep 1.5 metres away from other visitors and our staff members during your visit to the Depot.
Stay home if you have any symptoms
Do you have any symptoms of the coronavirus or has a member of your household tested positive for corona? If so, stay at home, even if you have already been vaccinated. Guided tours
Guided tours are still taking place. There is no need to book, but the size of the group has been reduced. A maximum of six people may now join a guided tour.
