  • LANDRE Romain asked

    Hi,
I have got this model : Singer FC 4001 from and old friend yesterday. The vaccum still works but I don't know what to do with that. Can I sell it ? Can I give it for a museum ? Which Museum ? I live in France near Orleans. Thank you for your answer. Best regards.

  • Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen answered

Dear Romain, your friend gave you a nice present but I understand that you don't know what to do with a 50 to 60 years old vacuum cleaner if you are not a collector yourself. You could try to sell it at Ebay or donate it to a museum. If you choose to donate, you can contact a curator at the Musee des beaux arts in Orleans, or the Musee des arts decoratifs in Paris. Good luck! Els
