Ask anything

  • Mercy Neumark asked

I am interested in seeing your pre-17th century ceramics. Is a lot of this in storage? I am specifically coming up either this Sunday or Monday to see from Dusseldorf, so if most of your work is in storage, I don't want to do the long trip. Any feedback would be appreciated. Please respond. Thanks!

  • Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen answered

Dear Mercy, Thank you for your interest in our ceramics collection! We do have ceramics on display, and some pre-17th century but not a lot at the moment I'm afraid. You can explore our collection via http://collectie.boijmans.nl/en and for example search for 'ceramic'. You can also use a filter for a specific period and see what is on display now. Good luck! kind regards, Sophie
