Between 1924 and 1925, the artist Chris Lebeau designed around twenty very diverse vases for the Leerdam Glass Factory. This factory worked with countless Dutch designers and artists for its applied arts collection, which resulted in affordable and well-designed products. This vase - model number KO 735 - is made of blown purple glass and rests on a stamped pressed glass foot.
