More information

Every Sunday afternoon from 19 December 2009 to 7 February 2010, artist Moritz Ebinger broadcasted a programme with ‘red’ as the theme from this studio. He talked about his fascination for the colour and interviewed artists and experts. Red attributes, true and made-up stories and music sparked unusual discussions. Moritz Ebinger works with almost every material and technique: ‘crispbread, dance, ink, performance, horses’ bones, cash dispensers, paint, theatre, paper, gold, brass, video, the Internet, neon, film, water, etc’. Sometimes he draws and potters about in the silence of his workshop, sometimes he works on a huge installation in situ and now and again he talks on the radio as he will be doing here. Ebinger developed the concept for Radio Red after he dreamed about a red radio studio.
