If you are unable to make your time slot or have any other questions about your ticket please contact our ticket service partner Envisio at boijmans@enviso.io or call +31 (0)10-3116610 - available on Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00 and Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 to 17:00. During the Marisol exhibition (October 9, 2026 to March 29, 2027), a surcharge of €2.50 applies to the ticket price of the Depot. This does not apply to children aged 18 and under, Friends of Boijmans, Rotterdampas, ICOM / CIMAM / AICA / IAA, Rembrandtkaart and Stichting Vluchtelingenwerk.
