    Hello Betty, thanks for your question. I have consulted our curator, but to him your suggestion appears very unlikeIy, even impossible. The whore of Babylon is wearing the pope's crown (tiara), thus symbolizing the Church of Rome. As Elizabeth was protestant, the whore cannot be her.
