More information

With his enormously enlarged details from cartoons, Lichtenstein is one of the icons of Pop art. His work is characterised by bright colours, speech bubbles and, above all, the enlarged so called 'Benday dots', a technique used in four-colour printing to achieve shading and secondary colours.
