    Hello Sabina,

    For their Spring/Summer 2015 haute couture collection, Viktor & Rolf drew inspiration from the raw energy of Vincent van Gogh’s depictions of the countryside. This is reflected, among other things, in the straw hats and floral motifs. The straw hats serve as a surreal nod to rural life and ultimately merge with the shapes of the garments. All fabrics were produced by VLISCO, using dyeing and printing techniques inspired by traditional batik.
