Francesco Fanelli (c. 1590-1653), born in Florence, was an Italian sculptor. He spent the greater part of his career in England. In 1609 he apparently worked in Genoa, and he was in England from 1610. He worked for the court of King Charles I on large bronze commissions, including a number of fountains. The only signed work is a bust of Charles II from 1640; most of the bronzes are attributed to Fanelli on stylistic grounds. In 1642, Fanelli apparently left England.
