Boijmans in Transit

On January 14th 2019 closed the iconic Van der Steur building, the famous red brick wing which was built circa ninety years ago. From that moment, the permanent collection of the museum is being moved out.

The exhibition wing of Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen will remain open until the 26th of May. Until then, this part of the building will have several things on view: a blockbuster Bauhaus exhibition, a series of highlights from the permanent collection, and an exhibition about the Rotterdam artist Co Westerik (1924-2018).
