With more than 150,000 volumes, Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen’s library is one of the largest art libraries in the Netherlands. All publications in the collection may be consulted upon request.

There is always something to do at the museum. Besides visiting the special permanent and changing exhibitions, you can participate in activities, request a guided tour or walk through the museum at your own pace with an audio guide. Go on a voyage of discovery through the collection with a toddlers’ guided tour. Journey with the time travel booklet from the paintings of knights and dragons to today’s artworks or get creative yourself in the Boijmans Club. You can even have your birthday party in the museum. Eating and Drinking
Enjoy a cup of coffee, a piece of cake or a delicious lunch in our restaurant. The terrace with a view of the Museumpark is a must in nice weather. You can also have a coffee, a pastry or a beverage in the Espresso Bar at the front of the museum.
