March 30th
15.00 - 16.00

On the occasion of Rotterdam Art Week 2025, Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen hosts a talk with artist Pris Roos on Sunday March 30th at 3pm.

Pris Roos (b. 1984) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans painting, drawing, and mixed media. Her layered compositions explore themes of memory, urban life, and identity, often drawing from personal experiences and the cultural landscapes around her. Through expressive lines and bold color contrasts, she captures fleeting moments and the dynamic energy of city life.

As part of Zuid. Boijmans Van Beuningen, Pris Roos engaged with local communities in Rotterdam-Zuid, creating work that reflects the area's stories and cultural diversity. Her project focused on visual storytelling, incorporating elements of daily life and personal narratives to build connections between residents and contemporary art.
