Do you want to ensure that you can visit ‘The Road to Van Eyck’ without the inconvenience of waiting and at a time that suits you? Then purchase your tickets online. These e-tickets are valid on any day during this exhibition and could save you a long wait at the ticket desk. Buying an online ticket guarantees you the most efficient and enjoyable way to visit this exhibition.
During opening hours you can also purchase tickets at the museum’s ticket desk, but in that case you should allow for queues. With an e-ticket you can proceed to the exhibition without having to wait.
The maximum number of tickets per online order is 14. Groups of 15 or more people must register in advance and purchase tickets at the museum (group reductions still apply, of course). Groups who wish to book a special introduction to the exhibition and/or an arrangement can register here.
• Adults: €16.50 (maximum of 14 tickets)
N.B. Groups and concessions (MK, Rotterdampas, Ooievaarspas, CJP and students) must purchase their tickets at the museum’s ticket desk. Admission is free for ICOM cardholders, members of the Rembrandt Association and young people aged 18 years or under, but you must present yourself at the ticket desk for an entrance ticket. Friends of Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen can pick up a ticket at the museum’s information desk.
N.B. E-tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. The e-ticket is only valid during ‘The Road to Van Eyck’ exhibition.
What do you need?
• a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or internet banking facilities (payment via iDEAL or Direct eBanking)
• a printer
• an e-mail address
Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen is offering e-tickets for this exhibition only (museum admission + surcharge).
After you have selected the number of tickets you can pay with a valid credit card or online via iDEAL/Direct eBanking. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. No other methods of payment are possible. (Paydro.net will appear on your bank or credit card statement.)
Printing the tickets
After payment you can print your own e-ticket (full size, 100%). We will also send you a confirmation by e-mail. This allows you to print your e-tickets at a later time or at a different location. You can also re-print any e-tickets if you lose them.
N.B. Each visitor must be in possession of an e-ticket that displays a unique barcode, which will be scanned at the entrance. We therefore advise you to print the e-tickets as legibly as possible (full size, 100%) and to store them with due care. You can print the e-tickets either in black-and-white or in colour.
On arrival at the museum
With your printed e-ticket you can visit the museum during the normal opening hours. You can then stay for as long as you like. All visitors must have their own e-ticket, so make sure you have printed all of them. Each e-ticket will be scanned by our staff.
For questions about e-tickets you can call the e-ticket provider Paydro, tel. +31 (0)20 820 21 30, 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. daily, or send your query by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
