Rooms in Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen can be hired during the day and in the evenings with a catering package tailored to your needs—anything from coffee or a light lunch to a full sit-down dinner. The museum manages the catering and works with a number of reputable companies that will provide exactly what you require. They include Restaurant Z&M, Mangi Mangi, Las Palmas, La VitaèBella and Parkheuvel.

Based on your requirements, we can provide a suitable culinary contribution to your event; a few options are listed below.

All dinners and buffets are prepared to order. They are precisely tailored to your wishes and budget.
You can choose between a buffet dinner, a standing dinner or a seated dinner.
We are keen to hear your wishes so that we can provide a suitable and culinary contribution to your evening.

Hire

We can arrange for all the equipment required; if necessary this will be hired.

Personnel

We provide enough catering assistants to ensure a tasteful service.
The staff will be dressed in white blouses, black trousers, black aprons and smart black shoes.

Terms and conditions

Drinks and personnel costs will be charged on the basis of actual costs.
If personnel are required we charge a minimum of 3 hours personnel costs.
Changes to the number of guests and catering must be notified at te latest 5 working days before the event.
In the event of cancellation less that 10 days in advance, 50% of the total quoted sum will be charged.
For a quotation of more than 10,000 euros, the booking will be accepted on payment of a deposit of 70%, accompanied by a note of the date of the event and the organisation to: bank account no. 140329072 in the name of Stichting tot Beheer Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen.
You must settle the final invoice within 21 days of receipt.
