In the cloverleaf spaces and even in the broom cupboard, the museum is presenting ensembles of objects and drawings by Evelyne Janssen. Her playful and associative miniature universe POPHOUSE! descends upon the museum.

Since childhood Evelyne Janssen has collected thousands of toys, which she combines with other objects to create art works that provide an autobiographical account of her life. Janssen sees her artistic practice as, ‘…a spectacle for young and old and an autobiographical record of my life and times.’ We invite you to step into Evelyne Janssen’s world and to be inspired by her stories.
