On Boxing Day, 26 December, the museum is open from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm. This year, give the furniture stores a miss and come to the museum for special design exhibitions and many more interesting Christmas activities!

Surprise yourself with the different exhibitions within the Design in Boijmans programme. Take a journey through art history in the Collection Enriched or step into a different world in the mirror room of Yayoi Kusama or the video-net of Pipilotti Rist. You can also visit the espresso bar or the museum restaurant for a delicious cappuccino, a glass of lemonade, a cake or a lavish lunch.
The opening times during the holidays:
Christmas Eve: opened from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
Christmas Day: closed.
Boxing Day: opened from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.
New Year’s Eve: opened from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
New Year’s Day: closed.
