This autumn, the Rotterdam museum is all about Elie van Rijckevorsel (1845-1928). His collections of artistic and ethnographic objects will be exhibited. The exhibition also tells about his world travels, herbarium and life style. The exhibitions in the museums celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Erasmus Foundation, of which Dr. Elie van Rijckevorsel was the founder. A special anniversary book will be published and will be on sale from 22 September in the museum shop (€14.50).
